Matthew C. Bousquette, Chairman
Matthew Bousquette is responsible for all global corporate initiatives in the U.S., the United Kingdom, France and Canada. He joined Enesco in February 2007, when substantially all of Enesco’s assets were sold to Tinicum Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity partnership.

Prior to joining Enesco, Mr. Bousquette was president of the Mattel Brands business unit from 2003 to 2005, where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing, design packaging and research on a global level for Mattel’s girls and boys brands. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Bousquette was the president of the Boys/Entertainment division, as well as the president of Mattel International. He previously worked for Mattel from 1984 to 1988, and then rejoined the company in 1993.

Previous to his tenure with Mattel, Mr. Bousquette was the vice president of Marketing at Lewis Galoob Toys from 1992 to 1993, and was vice president of Marketing for Teleflora from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Bousquette began his career in marketing at Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Bousquette earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1981 and sits on the Board of Directors for Logitech International.
William S. Guarisco, Executive Vice President
William Guarisco oversees the Company’s operations, logistics, supply chain, financial management and information technology on a worldwide basis.

Prior to joining Enesco in 2007, Mr. Guarisco spent 21 years with Mattel, Inc. in a variety of divisions throughout the world, where his focus was on growth and change management. He developed Customer Business Teams, created and implemented a new market potential model, and standardized the “Go to Market” best practice. In addition, Mr. Guarisco was responsible for designing and executing the European regional planning, logistics and IT departments, and identifying, developing and installing common operating (ISIS) and financial systems (CODA) throughout Europe. Mr. Guarisco held various executive positions during his tenure at Mattel, including most recently as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales Operations and Administration. He also was Senior Vice President of International Business Development, Senior Vice President Corporate Controller, and Senior Vice President of Finance (International / Europe), as well as other senior management positions.

Previous to Mattel, Mr. Guarisco held positions of increasing financial responsibility at General Mills (Toy Group) from 1981 to 1985.

Mr. Guarisco holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut.
Sujata Luther, Executive Vice President
Sujata Luther has the responsibility to strategically address the retail and consumer market needs for the Company on a global basis. She directs the Company’s marketing, product development, design and marketing services functions and leads the development of a balanced, global product portfolio of unique and differentiated brands.

Prior to joining Enesco in 2007, Ms. Luther was Executive Vice President, Marketing for Brio Technology, Inc. and spent nearly 17 years at Mattel, Inc. During her tenure with Mattel, Ms. Luther held several executive levels positions, including Senior Vice President, International Marketing and Consumer Strategy, where she had global responsibility for the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions and public relations for girls’ toys. She also was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Consumer and Sales research, responsible for all Mattel product lines.

Ms. Luther holds an MBA from the University of Santa Clara, a Master of Arts degree in Management Sciences from Bajaj Institute of Management in Bombay, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Delhi University.
